In the heart of Chianti, among the unspoiled hills of Vèscine, L’Uliveta is born and grows: a family-run farm that has cultivated olive trees with dedication for three generations, in full harmony with the rhythms of nature.
It all began with Grandpa Enzo, a mason by trade and olive grower by vocation, who built the first farmhouse and lovingly tended every tree on his land.
Today, that same passion runs through the hands of his grandson, who carries on the family tradition with mindful care and a forward-looking vision.
On 7 hectares of land, at an altitude of 570 meters, 800 olive trees grow with precision—rooted in harmony, balance, and silence.
Here, time slows down, and each bottle tells a story of work, earth, roots, and future..

We cultivate our olive trees with respect and care, harvest with love and attention, following a family tradition that lives in harmony with the natural rhythms of the land.

Oil Quality

The olive trees grow in an ideal location: well exposed to the sun, naturally ventilated, and set on draining soil that promotes plant health. Thoughtful pruning keeps the trees in balance and ensures high-quality oil production.

Respectful Harvesting

La raccolta avviene a mano o con strumenti leggeri che rispettano la pianta. Le olive vengono lavorate entro 24-48 ore a freddo, per mantenere intatte le loro proprietà naturali.

The Final Product

At the mill, the olives follow a meticulous process designed to preserve their integrity—from crushing to extraction, to the final separation of the oil, which flows out pure and ready for bottling.

Harvesting takes place at the optimal stage of ripeness, when nutritional and phenolic compounds are at their peak.
The olives are processed within a few hours at the mill, using a cold extraction method that preserves nutritional properties and guarantees the highest quality.
The entire production cycle is traceable and closely monitored—from the grove to the bottle—ensuring each phase meets rigorous standards for a stable, genuine oil, rich in active ingredients. Our extra virgin olive oil is naturally rich in polyphenols, vitamin E, and unsaturated fatty acids—essential elements for a balanced diet and daily well-being.
