L'Uliveta
The farm L’Uliveta was founded in the 1990s in the heart of Chianti and continues its family tradition, passed down from grandfather Enzo Fontani, from father to son. Enzo grew up among the olive groves and the farmhouse he built, in the charming village of Vèscine. A mason by trade, he always dedicated himself to the cultivation and production of olive oil, passing down his knowledge to his son and then to his grandson, who now follows in his footsteps, having inherited the secrets of the olive-growing art. The olive grove stretches across 7 hectares and hosts 800 olive trees at an altitude of 570 meters. Each tree is carefully spaced and cultivated to ensure balance and harmony. Here, time seems to stand still—framed by a landscape where nature, respect, passion, and tradition come together as one.
